Founder of Healthy Sprout
My culinary journey began during a challenging season of my life as a working mother and caretaker to my very ill father. I witnessed firsthand how limited our options were in the Cape Girardeau area for convenient, healthy meals. This experience along with my work in the medical field opened my eyes to the realization that food is medicine. I was inspired to hone my skills in crafting meals that are not only nutritious but also incredibly delicious. My passion and commitment to improving the health of my community has led to the opening of Healthy Sprout, formerly Faithfully Fed, to provide gourmet meals that deeply nourish the body.

A devoted wife and mother to two energetic boys, she finds joy in balancing family life with her passions. When she’s not capturing moments through her photography business, you can find her enjoying the great outdoors—whether it’s splashing around in the river with her boys, soaking up the sun on the lake, or embarking on hunting adventures with her husband.

With many years in the food industry, Pam brings a deep -rooted passion for creating beautiful, healthy meals. Growing up on her family’s farm- still in operation today- Pam developed a love for fresh , farm-to-table food that continues to inspire her cooking. She remains actively involved in the farm, blending tradition with creativity to share wholesome, flavorful dishes that nourish and delight.

Tori has over 8 years of experience in the food industry and nutrition consulting space. Her strength is showing compassion and empathy, while leading with a upbeat attitude to help people make positive and meaningful changes in their health. In her freetime, she enjoys running, cooking, and spending time in nature with her dog and husband.

As a former restaurant owner and self-taught culinary enthusiast with a background in healthcare as a certified R.T.(R)(M)(CT)(ARRT) professional, my commitment to helping others live their healthiest lives extends beyond the medical field and into the kitchen.
